Quillgauge · Buyer help
Good questions, straight answers.
A clear look at what Quillgauge makes, how public product approval works, and where to ask for help.
What kinds of products does Quillgauge make?
Quillgauge makes practical digital formats for projects, upkeep, and everyday plans: checklists, guides and ebooks, templates and logs, and printables. The examples on the home page illustrate the kinds of formats we make; they are not a promise that each example is currently listed for sale.
When is a product available to the public?
A product appears in the Store only after an operator approves its current version and public listing, confirms its one-time price, and verifies that its matching PDF is ready. Drafts, proposed prices, and studio exports are not public offers.
Are PDFs generated in the studio customer downloads?
No. The studio can export a PDF from a saved, owner-approved version for the product owner. Those owner-only exports are not customer download links or proof that a product is listed for sale.
How do one-time purchases and PDF access work?
A listed product is purchased through a one-time hosted checkout. After the payment is verified, a private order page provides its PDF and can be bookmarked for later. No account or email address is required, and an individual purchase does not start a membership.
Is there a $10/month membership?
The optional $10/month membership is not currently wired into the Quillgauge Store. Individual product purchases remain separate one-time payments and do not start a subscription.
How can I contact Quillgauge support?
Email quillgauge-m6dyan@polsia.app. This is the support contact published on the Quillgauge home page.
